All Saints EPR Architects
On this Project we were contracted by our construction partners McCue fit, to design supply and install numerous bespoke metalwork items including, Access Gates, Ornate wall top railings, Bin store, Green wall, Bronze entrance wall rails, Aluminium Louvres, Stair lift wall plates, window grilles, stair balustrades and entrance column base covers.
Botree Hotel
UIS were contracted by our construction partners McCue Fit, to design, supply and Install various aspects of structural glazed balustrade and architectural metalwork, to the newly developed Botree hotel in London. The metalwork elements on this project were Stainless steel PVD coated with a brass finish, which is something we specialize in.
We also designed, manufactured and installed a number of bearing guided rotating shelving units and orange glazed units, which are completely bespoke and a first for our industry.
Everyman Salisbury
On this project we were contracted by our construction partners GF Holding, to design, supply and install numerous bespoke metalwork Items, Including Access gates, Glazed screens, Foyer balustrades, Toilet Mirrors and other fixtures and fittings, Curved feature brass ceiling raft along with remedials to existing metalwork.
Foot Asylum Oxford St
On this project we were contracted by our construction partners McCue Fit, to design, supply and install a glazed void balustrade and underlit floor glazing for the revamp of the Foot asylum store on Oxford Street in London.
JPM Chantry House
On this Project we were contracted by our construction partners JPM Construction, to design, manufacture and Install, a new mezzanine floor to create more floor space in an existing building to create new apartments.
As part of the refurbishment, the existing roof above the new mezzanine had to be lifted to create an extra floor , this involved stripping of the existing roof covering, removing the old existing lattice work trusses and re installing on new steelwork. The work had to be completed in a tight two week schedule.
One Centenary Way
On this Project, we were contracted by our construction partners Sir Robert Macalpine, to design, supply, and Install numerous bespoke metalwork items including, Stair core balustrades, Water Tank room staircase, Armco Barriers, Bollards and Hoop protection, Cat ladders, External balustrades, Key Clamp balustrades, GRP flooring to Risers and a bespoke linnet plant screen to the plant level that is illuminated at night plus much more….
