From first enquiry to final sign-off - same workflow, same team, every time.
Consultation & survey
Free site visit. We review drawings, specs, and access requirements to give an accurate quote - usually within 48 hours.
Design & detailing
Tekla 3D modelling, CAD drawings, connection design. IFC / DWG / PDF deliverables for BIM at LOD 300+.
Fabrication & QA
CNC cutting, automated welding, shot-blasting and paint. NDT testing and dimensional checks on every component.
Delivery & installation
CSCS erection crew, own plant. Full RAMS, method statements, as-built drawings and warranty docs at handover.
