Quotes come back same-day on small domestic enquiries and in 1-2 weeks on large commercial packages. Every lintel is fabricated to the structural engineer's calculations under BS EN 1090 Execution Class 2, with installation support available and a 12-month defect liability period. Trading since 1994, family-owned and second-generation run, with CHAS Elite, Alcumus SafeContractor, ConstructionLine Gold, and £10 million each of PL and EL cover.

Bespoke in-house fabrication
We fabricate your lintels at our Rotherham workshop rather than passing an order through a stockist's warehouse. Welded plate assemblies, compound beams, non-standard spans - we make it.

Same-day domestic quoting
Small domestic lintel enquiries come back same-day rather than waiting a fortnight. Larger commercial packages take 1-2 weeks because a proper take-off against the general arrangement drawings deserves a considered price. Your figure includes fabrication, dispatch timing, and installation support.

We fabricate to your structural engineer's calculations - we don't size the lintel for you. Send the engineer's schedule with span, bearing lengths, and loading, and we'll turn that into a UKCA-marked piece of steel on the day the bricklayers need it. This keeps the compliance chain clean: engineer owns the design, we own the fabrication to the design.
Same-day on small domestic lintel enquiries. 1-2 weeks on larger commercial packages where we're pricing against the general arrangement drawings and a coded welding plan. A homeowner enquiring on Monday about an extension opening should have a price that day.
Yes - every fabricated lintel is UKCA-marked to BS EN 1090 Execution Class 2 under Factory Production Control. Mill test certificates, weld procedure specifications where applicable, and the traceability pack Building Control and your structural engineer expect - shipped with the lintel.
Yes - our site team can install as well as supply, led by an SSSTS supervisor with CSCS, PASMA, and IPAF certification. Coordination with the bricklayers on programme, handover documentation, and the 12-month defect liability - through one named point of contact.
Where the work falls inside our installation scope, yes - we handle Part A structural sign-off correspondence with your Building Control surveyor as part of the package. If we're supply-only, the Building Control submission stays with you or your structural engineer.
