What we deliver.
Putting up a steel frame safely and to programme is its own discipline. We erect with our own directly employed, CSCS-carded crews and our own access plant, with lift plans written in-house by our Appointed Person rather than handed to the crane-hire contact. The crew that arrives on site is the crew we employ, every time.
Primary frames, secondary steelwork, mezzanines, plant decks, walkways and portal-frame buildings, erected to your engineer's drawings or to steelwork we design and fabricate ourselves to BS EN 1090 Execution Class 2. As an example, the 40-tonne walkway we lifted into a tight-access Leeds site by tower crane, through access that made mobile craneage very difficult, is a project we are really proud of. Method statements, RAMS and a 12-month defect liability period come as standard, with our team on hand after handover.

Directly employed erection crews
CSCS-carded steel erectors on our own books, not agency labour. The same crews, job to job, who know how our fabrication goes together and how to keep a site safe and moving.
In-house lift planning
Lift plans written in-house by our Appointed Person, by someone who knows how things work on the ground, the same team who planned the 40-tonne tower-crane lift in Leeds through access that made mobile craneage very difficult.
Our own access plant
Our own MEWPs and access equipment, so erection is not held up waiting on hired plant. Telehandlers, scissor and boom access matched to the structure and the site.
To your design or ours
We erect to your engineer's drawings, or take a package from connection design and fabrication through to a signed-off frame, all to BS EN 1090 Execution Class 2.
Safety and documentation
Method statements, RAMS, lift plans and as-built records as standard. CSCS crews, a 12-month defect liability period and our team on hand after handover.

Yes. We erect to your engineer's drawings and to other fabricators' steel, as well as steelwork we design and fabricate ourselves. Either way, the crew on site is directly employed by us.
