We sequence fabrication so steel arrives in the right order, timed to booked slots, and lift it into place with the site kept clear and safe.
Lead time is set by tonnage and drawing approval, not by where the site is. We move around 100 tonnes through the workshop each month, so once details are signed off we fix fabrication and erection dates. Controlling both stages ourselves means we can hold to a London programme.
