Warehouses and distribution centres live or die on clear, usable space and a fast programme. The steel frame delivers both: wide clear spans with no internal columns to work around, and a structure that goes up quickly and predictably. We design, fabricate and install the portal frames, eaves and edge steel, bracing and mezzanine floors that make up a warehouse structure, all to BS EN 1090 Execution Class 2 and erected by our own teams, so the steelwork stays on programme from the first column to the last purlin cleat.

A distribution shed is a race against the programme, so the steel has to arrive right and go up fast. We fabricate the portal frames and secondary steel to BS EN 1090 Execution Class 2, plan the erection sequence and craneage, and install with our own teams, coordinating with the cladding and groundworks trades so the frame is signed off on schedule.
